These terms and conditions apply to all transactions between the buyer and Argentum and override any conditions the buyer and Argentum may have otherwise, except those confirmed by Argentum in writing. Any variations on these conditions stipulated by any of the buyer's documents implied by statute, common law or trade usage are inapplicable unless accepted by Argentum in writing. This transaction will be deemed a contract of sale and governed by English law.
Our Guarantee We guarantee all products against any defect as a result of manufacturing and in the event of such we will replace the item up to 28 days from the purchase date.
Non UK Orders Please note that all custom charges where applicable are the responsibility of the customer.
Original Products Guarantee We only supply original products - guaranteed.
Payment options for all customers All orders require pre payment in full by credit or debit card before goods are dispatched. The payment will be handled by Secpay's secure on line payment facility for total security and to avoid fraudulent purchases.
Currency All orders will be transacted in Pounds Sterling.
Prices Although we make every effort to maintain prices, they may be subject to alteration without prior notice.
Vat As we are not VAT registered we do not charge VAT to our customers.
UK Mainland Delivery Charges We dispatch all products to the UK mainland only by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery - This is is the standard Royal Mail postage service
Delivery Times Because we are customer driven, 99% of orders are from stock we endeavour to get orders out the next day.
However, if we expect delivery to exceed this time-frame we will advise you of an estimated delivery date.
Trade Description Act Whilst every care is taken to describe the products accurately, customers should satisfy themselves that the product meets their requirements. Argentum reserves the right to amend specifications on all items without prior notice. We also reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale without prior notice.
Retention of Title All goods will remain the property of Argentum until paid for in full by the customer. Title of the goods will not pass to the customer until payment has been received in full by Argentum , until such time, Argentum reserves the right to repossess any goods.
Delivery Errors Shortages, breakages, non-deliveries or discrepancies must be advised within 3 working days of receipt of order. No claims will be considered outside of this period.

Returns Should you be unhappy with any product it may be returned for a full refund or credit within 7 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions and exclusions;
1. Goods must be returned unused in their original packaging.
2. Goods must be packaged sufficiently to avoid damage in transit.
3. Customers are responsible for delivery charges back to Argentum, unless otherwise stated.
4. Please ensure goods are sent by either recorded delivery or courier. We cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.
5. Used products may not be returned for credit or refund.
6. Returned goods will be inspected for obvious use, scratches and damage
To help us process returns as quickly and accurately as possible, please email our customer services team at info@argentumjewellery.co.uk for advice BEFORE returning any goods. Please also return a copy of our delivery note or invoice with the goods with an explanation of why goods are being returned.
Force Majeure Deliveries for any goods may be suspended pending any contingencies beyond Argentum's control. Argentum will not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the customer thereby.
